We recommend that you do! During your course, you have access to Open Studios, Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-6pm (Mondays are closed).
Come prepared to get messy! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and close toed shoes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. Clay and glaze does wash out, but it's best to leave your fave clothes at home.
Yes! If you need to make up a class, you may sit in to another class (same type of class. ie. Intro to the Wheel) that same week. Same type classes follow the same schedule week to week. If you can't make up a class that falls within that same week, there are no make ups. For any Intro course, we do not recommend missing any classes as each week leads to the next. Students will generally fall behind if there are missed classes, so be sure to check your calendar ahead of time!
For safety and occupancy regulations, we do not allow guests unless they are enrolled students or current members of Merritt Ceramics.
