Tuesdays Surface Design 6-Week Course

A 6-Week Course devoted to surface design techniques!! Spend your course experimenting and learning all about how to take your handbuilt and/or wheel thrown work to the next decorative level! This is a great course for those who have taken a minimum of one Intro 6-Week Course in either Handbuilding or Wheel Throwing. Students will dive deep into sgraffito, mishima, slip trailing and transfers, shellac resist and overglaze. This course is also great for those who are feeling a little stuck in their creative process and need a little change of pace! Course includes: Clay & Firing | Tools & Materials | Glazes | Open Studio hours from Tuesday-Sunday, 11am-6pm. Level: Must have completed a minimum of one Intro to Handbuilding or Intro to the Wheel 6-Week Course. Students will be encouraged to utilize Open Studio to make their own work throughout the course to be able to decorate during class. Make up Policy: For Surface Design Course and Intermediate Handbuilding there are no make up classes available.

While we understand the unstable nature of covid and it’s variants, we unfortunately cannot refund you after the start of your course. No refunds or credit rollovers will be issued.
